Dr. Richard M. O’Donovan


Dr. Richard M. O’Donovan received his Medical Degree from University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. He interned in general surgery and general medicine at Bon Secours Hospital in Cork. He trained in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Brighton University in London, England, becoming a member of the Royal College of Physicians (U.K.) in 1983. He completed his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Rochester, Rochester, New York. Also, he successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. O’Donovan is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the American Heart Association, International Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, Renal Physicians Association, Louisiana Renal Physicians Association, American Society of Transplant Physicians, Ouachita Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, Royal College of Physicians (U.K.), and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.


Dr. Michael R. Hand


Dr. Michael R. Hand received his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology. He successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. Hand is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the Ouachita Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, and the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.


Dr. Michael W. Archie


Dr. Michael W. Archie received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine, a fellowship in Nephrology and a research fellowship in Transplant Immunology at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dr. Archie is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board eligible in Nephrology.

He is a founding member of the International Society of Peritoneoscopists, a member of the American Society of Hypertension, American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology, Ouachita Parish Medical Society, Louisiana State Medical Society, International Society for Hypertension in Blacks, American Society of Nephrology, International Society of Nephrology, National Kidney Foundation, American College of Physicians, and the Musser Burch Society.


Dr. Frederick B. Lee


Dr. Frederick B. Lee received his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University Medical Center in Lafayette, LA, and a fellowship in Nephrology at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. In addition, he successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology.

Dr. Lee is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the Ouachita Parish Medical Society and Louisiana State Medical Society.


Dr. Nkeekam O. Anumele


Dr. Nkeekam O. Anumele received his Medical Degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA, and a Nephrology fellowship at Tulane University Health Sciences Center, also in New Orleans. Dr. Anumele received a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Texas Tech School of Pharmacy in Amarillo, TX. He successfully completed training in the field of Interventional Nephrology.

Dr. Anumele is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

He is a member of the Renal Physicians Association, Ouachita Parish Medical Society and Louisiana State Medical Society.
